Rivka, mother of eight young children, lives in the hauntingly beautiful but isolated West Bank community of Tal Midbar. Though living conditions are a far cry from American standards, she and her husband hardly notice. Inspiration and Torah idealism lift them above the mundane.
Her cousin Tzippy lives in Bnei Brak. With all ten of her children married with their own broods, she's at loose ends. What will this new stage of life bring?

A medical crisis turns Rika's world upside down.

Tzippy rises to the challenge and shares the dramatic journey with her.

Overwhelming love and caring override the conflicting approaches to dealing with life's challenges.

Sudy Rosengarten, master storyteller.
