With its verse-by-verse analysis of Creation, Six Days of Cosmology and Evolution presents a detailed commentary on the first chapter of Genesis through scientific and rabbinic lenses. Focusing on topics such as the nature of time and the biblical use of homonyms, Daniel Langer demonstrates that, when properly understood, the Genesis account does not conflict with modern cosmology, geology, or evolution.

About the Author Daniel Langer is a retired science teacher from the NYC public schools and Telshe Yeshiva, Riverdale. He is the author of The Seventh and the First: The Divine Thread of the Torah and has published articles in the journals Tradition and Nishma.
