The Peirush al HaChumash by Rav Samson Raphael Hirsch is one of the basic commentaries on the Torah. For those preferring to learn in Lashon Hakodesh, a new Hebrew version, using classical Hebrew understandable for both those in Chutz L’Aretz as well as in Eretz Yisroel, is now being published.
