This book is a translation of Haser Ka'as Milibecha -- Remove Anger from Your Heart, a classic mussar work compiled by Rav Avraham Tubolsky, shlit"a.

The baalei mussar teach that the way to correct one's middos is through emotional learning and repetition of the words of our Sages. To that end, Rav Tubolsky collected and summarized sayings and lessons from our Sages throughout history, as well as anecdotes from the Talmud, practical suggestions to overcome anger, and stories about individuals who conquered their anger. About the Author:

Rav Avraham Tubolsky, shlit"a, was born in the holy city of Yerushalayim. He studied in Yeshivas Tiferes Tzvi, Yeshivas Ohr Yisrael, Ponovezh Yeshiva and Yeshivas Chevron. He learns in the Beis Midrash Gavoha LaTorah Kollel in Ramat Hasharon and frequently delivers Torah shiurim infused with mussar thought. Rav Tubolsky is the author of Sidras Tikkun Hamiddos -- a series of eight books dedicated to improving specific character traits -- which have been studied by hundreds of thousands of Jews. Remove Anger from Your Heart is a translation of the first book of that series.

About the Translator:

Rabbi Zev Reichman studied in Yeshiva Shaar HaTorah, Yeshivas Chevron and Yeshivas Rabbeinu Yitzchok Elchanan, where he received his semichah. He is the author of Flames of Faith -- An introduction to Chassidic thought, based on the shiurim of his rebbi, Rav Moshe Wolfson, shlit"a. He currently serves as the Rabbi of East Hill Synagogue of Englewood, New Jersey, and as the director of the Mechinah Program at Yeshiva University.
