The Torah has given specific quantities for the Mitzvos of the Seder, and in order to fulfill these Mitzvos, both men and women must eat no less than the required amounts. This is a color coded chart with exact measurements for all the foods eaten at the seder, based on the p'sakim of Rav Moshe Feinstein zt'l.
