"Relevancy of the Torah for All Times": In his Torah discourses, R. Menachem Mendel regularly stresses that the Torah is a living document which is relevant during all times and for all generations. R. Menachem Mendel often demonstrates that expressions in the Torah which appear to be superfluous or written in an imprecise manner are actually stated in this way in order to convey to us special timely messages about serving Hashem.
